The Staffie can never understand why their owners pick up her poo and place it carefully in little plastic bags. They watch horrified as they leave the bags on fenceposts and gates, figuring they must be offerings to a lesser-known field god, and the ones hung on the car’s back windscreen wiper some sort of totem to the patron saint of safe travel.
